Surveying Services - in association with McNeice Harvey D'Amico Surveyors Ltd.

The Jones Consulting Group utilizes the surveying services of McNeice Harvey D'Amico Surveyors Ltd. (Ontario Land Surveyors) for legal and cadastral surveys.

Only a licensed Ontario Land Surveyor, holding a Certificate of Authorization issued by the Association of Ontario Land Surveyors can provide a professional opinion on the location of boundaries, using historical research, legal knowledge and field investigations.

As a result of not currently having an OLS on staff, the Jones Consulting Group Ltd. has entered into a strategic relationship with John D'Amico OLS from McNeice Harvey D?Amico Surveyors Ltd. to provide legal and boundary survey services for our clients.  Consistent with Ontario's Surveyors Act, John D'Amico OLS will directly offer, supervise, check, review and approve all aspects of the legal surveys while the Jones Consulting Group Ltd. will continue to provide the field investigations and drafting services in support of the cadastral survey.  The strategic relationship formed with John D'Amico OLS ensures that survey projects maintain the same high caliber of attention, accuracy and service as in the past.

Together with McNeice Harvey D'Amico Surveyors Ltd., Jones Consulting provides survey services for:

All field work is completed using the latest Total Station technology and GPS technology gathered by full time field crews (having engineering inspection, construction layout and legal surveying experience). We also have the flexibility to expand the number of field crews to accommodate the needs of our clients. The field data is processed using MicroSurvey 2005 calculation and drafting software. The final plan data can be generated as hardcopy or in digital format for use by other individuals or professionals.
