Presenting the County of Essex Official Plan

On April 28, 2014 the Ministry of Municipal Affairs and Housing approved the new Official Plan for the County of Essex, which we authored. The Ministry's approval followed the unanimous adoption of the OP at Essex County Council. We commend the hard work and dedication of the County's Manager of Planning Services, Bill King, and a dedicated group of Ministry, Conservation Authority and local miunicipal planners that served on the Steering Committee.
