November 2013

In November we completed a review of taxi establishments and transportation services for the Municipality of Leamington.

August 2013 A month of Milestones and Change

On August 30th we said good bye to John Lackey who retired from Jones Consulting after a 13 year career. At the same time we were pleased to announce that Duncan Richardson had ascended to Partner and Engineering Department Manager. We wish Duncan great success in his new role with the Company.

On August the 16th Jones Consulting celebrated our 25th Anniversary and we look forward to the next 25 years with continued growth and success.

July 2013

In July the Jones Consulting Group completed the first draft of the updated Official Plan for the County of Essex.

June 2013

In June The Jones Consulting Group hosted an Open House for a proposed 188 unit residential development on Yonge Street.

In June we submitted a Site Plan application for the Upper West Side, a 144 unit development on Ferndale Drive.

May 2013

On May 1, Pam Townsend the Manager Administrative Services, celebrated her 25th Anniversary withthe company. A great accomplishment and we all thank her for her dedication.

In May, the City of Barrie approved a 72 unit infill development on Mapleview Drive East. Jones Consulting is the Project Manager and Planner on the project.

In May, a Public Meeting was held in Barrie for the conversion of the Pineview Golf Course into a 119 lot residential subdivision. Jones Consulting is the Planner on the project.

In May, we provided expert planning testimony at an OMB hearing concerning a high density development adjacent to the South Barrie Go Station.
