Private Art Competition
On July 31st, 2015 public voting began for the art competition being held for The Gallery, the Pratt Hansen Group Inc. new condominium development located at 300 Essa Road. Four internationally award winning artists made submissions that included ai feature piece for the rooftop of one of the four buildings as well as a number of accent pieces to be placed throughout the site. The feature piece proposed on the rooftop is intended to be seen from throughout Barrie including Highway 400 and will serve as a new landmark for the city. The winner will have their art featured within The Gallery development for the residents of the community and of Barrie to enjoy. The winner of the competition will be announced on September 14th, 2015. You can vote at www.thegallerybarrie.ca or in person at the Pratt Homes Sales Office.
